Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Art Executive who can combine strong visual design execution with AI-powered creative adaptation skills. This role will focus on creating high-quality static creatives for digital campaigns while building scalable workflows using AI tools and modular systems.The ideal candidate should be hands-on with design fundamentals, quick in execution, and excited about using technology to improve creative speed and efficiency.
Ideal Experience: 1.5 – 3.5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static creatives across digital and paid media formats
- Translate master creatives into multiple campaign variations quickly and accurately
- Maintain strong layout consistency, hierarchy, and brand guidelines
- Work closely with copy teams to ensure readability and effective messaging
- Deliver creatives optimized for Meta, Google, display, and social platforms
- Use AI tools for resizing, background swaps/extensions, and version generation
- Build modular templates and systems for faster campaign rollout
- Manage high-volume adaptation requirements across multiple formats
- Reduce repetitive manual work through smart workflows and automation
- Ensure premium visual quality across all creative outputs
Must-Have Skills
- Strong layout, typography, and composition fundamentals
- Speed and accuracy under tight timelines
- Experience creating digital/social media creatives
- Strong understanding of design systems and grids
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Ability to think in systems, processes, and scalable outputs
- Strong eye for visual consistency and detail
Good to Have
- Exposure to luxury / fashion / jewellery / premium brands
- Understanding of performance creatives and ad best practices
- Basic automation / scripting mindset
- Experience working in high-volume creative environments
