Job Description

The candidate must have exceptional visualizing and conceptualizing skills and should have worked as an Art Director/Jr. Art Director, with following key Skills/responsibilities:

Designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend.

Must have knowledge of designing software like Photoshop / Fireworks, FLASH and HTML, CSS.

The right candidate should have a decent understanding of layout and design fundamentals.

Managing and controlling the quality of all services for clients.

Ensure creation and Maintenance of client's websites, promotional websites, etc.

Creating and Conceptualization of various online advertising campaigns for various clients, within the given deadline.

Responsible for handling/assisting/implementation/execution the complete Campaign within the given time.

Should be operationally strong and capable of handling full cycle assignments from briefs to releases.

Co-ordination with all internal departments of company to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day jobs.

Other/Special Requirements

Ad agency experience would be an added advantage.

Able to manage and delegate work to team.

Managing skills and a problem-solving attitude required.
