About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can move fast, think in brands, and design for how people actually consume content today feeds, stories, carousels, thumbnails, and the odd campaign visual.

Beyond proficiency with design software, you need to be someone with an artistic mindset who can think creatively, in visual terms, without needing to have those visuals spoon-fed to them. Someone who can give tangible form to vague ideas.

You'll work closely with the creative lead on brands across categories (FMCG, lifestyle, food, finance, tech), creating everything from social content and campaign creatives to brand decks and pitch visuals.

If you're the kind of designer who cares about typography, spacing, and how a visual performs on Instagram; we need you.

What You'll Do

Design social media creatives (statics, carousels, thumbnails, basic motion-ready frames)

Create campaign visuals for brand launches, pitches, promotions, and announcements

Translate brand guidelines into daily content that still feels fresh

Support pitch decks, presentations & moodboards

Work closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life

Adapt designs across formats (IG, YT, LinkedIn, OOH, etc.)

Manage multiple brands and overlapping deadlines without falling apart

Maintain clean, organized working files (future-you will thank you more than we will)

What We're Looking For

35 years of experience in design on either the agency or brand side

Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

At least a baseline understanding of spelling, grammar, syntax, and sentence flow.

Knows how to design for social-first formats (not just pretty posters)

Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a bonus)

Can take feedback without ego clashes and iterate quickly

Understands branding, not just decoration

Has a portfolio that shows range + consistency

Bonus Points If You

Have worked on content-heavy brands (daily posts, not just campaigns)

Understand performance creatives (what looks good on Behance vs what works for ads)

Can do basic motion or reel cover design

Capable of translating brand strategy into structured visual guidelines and contributing to the creation of brand manuals

Think in systems (templates, content frameworks, visual kits)

What You'll Get

Work on real brands with real visibility

Creative ownership (very little redtape or oversight between your desk and the final platform)

Fast learning curve across segments

Direct collaboration with senior creatives

Growth into a Lead Designer role if you're good
