Job Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Art Director who brings bold, strategic, and beautifully crafted ideas to life someone with a strong foundation in branding and packaging design, and a deep understanding of how visual storytelling can transform a brand. You'll be leading design thinking, mentoring creatives, and driving standout visual identities and packaging systems for diverse brands across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to final production
- Translate brand strategies into powerful, cohesive visual narratives
- Oversee and guide a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedback
- Collaborate with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment of creative output with brand goals
- Present work to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
- Stay updated with design and packaging trends, ensuring fresh, forward-thinking output
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and hygiene across all deliverables
Requirements:
- 5yrs+ years of relevant experience in design studios, branding agencies, or FMCG/consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects (both concept and real-world work)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Deep understanding of print production, materials, and packaging processes
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
