We are seeking a results-driven Senior Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional activities and campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Mattress and foam industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
