We are seeking a results-driven Senior Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, a strong understanding of the market dynamics, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to manage a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional activities and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Mattress and foam industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
