Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience as 1st line manager.
• Experience in the eye care or pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MNC or Top Indian pharma background.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC up to 22LPA.
