Position Overview

  • Responsible for driving sales and business development for modular cubicles and partition solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project sales including specification, tracking, and closure.
  • Ensure revenue growth and strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, PMCs, contractors, and clients.
  • Drive specification and project conversion.
  • Track projects from design stage to execution.
  • Generate leads through networking and market visits.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos.
  • Close sales through negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for execution.
  • Update CRM/SFA tools with daily activities.
  • Travel within assigned territory.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7–10 years experience in project/B2B sales
  • Strong influencer management experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM/SFA tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Educational Qualification



  • MBA / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
