Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager – Laminate B2B Division will be responsible for driving business growth through OEM Sales and Channel Sales in the assigned territory. The role requires strong relationship management with OEMs, dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and institutional clients to increase product penetration and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive laminate business growth in the assigned territory through OEM Sales and Channel Sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Institutional Clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in OEM, dealer, distributor, and institutional sales segments.
  • Handle product presentations, sampling, specification approvals, and business closures.
  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and OEM clients to ensure smooth business execution and market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly business plans.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Support branding and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in OEM Sales and Channel Sales.
  • Experience in Laminate / Plywood / Building Material industry preferred.
  • Strong network with OEMs, Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
