Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Area Credit Manager role based in Pune City. The Senior Area Credit Manager will oversee day-to-day credit operations, including evaluating loan applications, assessing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include monitoring credit portfolios, implementing credit policies, managing team performance, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. This role requires providing strategic insights into credit risk management and ensuring high-quality credit underwriting standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
• Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on financial data interpretation and risk assessments
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Credit processes
• Experience in portfolio management and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Exceptional decision-making, team leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic work environment
• Minimum qualification: CA/MBA are preferred
• Experience : 8-10 years
