Role Description
The Senior Area Collection Manager for Tractor Loans will oversee and manage collections operations in the assigned territory, ensuring high efficiency and compliance with policies. Responsibilities include managing a team for effective collections, ensuring timely recoveries, implementing necessary corrective measures, and maintaining records. The role requires analyzing collection trends, creating strategies to maximize recoveries, and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize delinquencies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in collections management and recovery processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification for informed decision-making
- Experience in team leadership, including mentoring and monitoring performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and strategic planning expertise
- Familiarity with tractor financing and rural banking processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; postgraduate degrees or certifications are advantageous
- Willingness to be based in Lucknow and travel within the assigned area as needed.
