Role Overview As a Senior Architect with 6-8 years of experience, you will lead and contribute to innovative architectural projects, guiding teams through conceptual design, development, and execution. You'll bring your expertise to mentor junior team members, oversee project timelines, and ensure that our designs reflect the studio's commitment to meaningful, human-centered spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and studio vision.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations that communicate ideas effectively.
  • Mentor junior architects, fostering a collaborative environment of shared learning and growth.
  • Conduct site visits, material research, and explorations to draw inspiration from diverse sources like cities, art, and fashion.
  • Manage project responsibilities with seriousness, humility, and a focus on creating spaces that enhance lives.
  • Contribute to studio discussions, bringing good energy, honest conversations, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Required Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized university.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Good command over architectural drawings, detailing, and project understanding.
  • Proficiency in essential software: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), SketchUp.
  • Presentation-making skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly through layouts, diagrams, and concept narratives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, adapt, and take responsibility.

Additional Preferences

  • Strong communication skills: Verbal and written.
  • Passion for architecture, design, research, and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
