Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role is located in Kochi. The successful candidate will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing architectural plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising construction progress, and effectively managing project timelines, resources, and quality control to deliver exceptional results. The role requires leadership skills to guide teams and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Architecture, Architectural Design, and related technical expertise.
• Experience in Project Management, including managing deadlines, budgets, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural technologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in luxury residential or commercial project design is a plus.
