Technical Leadership

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems.

Provide hands-on guidance in backend development using Java 17–21 and Spring Boot 3.x.

Oversee frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript, Vite, and Material UI (MUI).

Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams.

Conduct performance reviews, career planning, and skill development initiatives.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Delivery & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects with high quality and on-time execution.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define roadmaps.

Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Quality & Best Practices

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, cloud-native development, and observability.

Implement security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans.

Strong expertise in

Microservices architecture & RESTful APIs

Experience with

Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
