This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects—ranging from cultural landmarks to high-density residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Project Leadership
  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle: from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documents (CD).
  • Develop comprehensive site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
  • Oversee diverse typologies, including Multifamily Residential, Custom Villas, Schools, Hotels, Temples, and Mixed-Use Commercial spaces.
  • Mentor junior architects and interns, ensuring design integrity and professional growth within the team.
  • Technical Execution & Quality Assurance
  • Produce precise Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings adhering to US drafting standards.
  • Perform rigorous Hand Calculations and quality assurance reviews for all deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth Shop Drawing reviews to ensure alignment with design intent and field conditions.
  • Compliance & Coordination
  • Implement strict adherence to the International Building Code (IBC) and the New York City Building Code or other similar state codes.
  • Navigate complex zoning requirements and code compliance for urban mixed-use projects.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary collaboration with MEP, Structural, and Landscape consultants to ensure seamless system integration.

Candidate Profile

  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
  • US Expertise: Extensive knowledge of US construction materials, assembly methods, and regional building practices (specific experience in the New York market is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management and international collaboration.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to US-based architecture.

Why Join Us

  • International Exposure: Work on high-profile, diverse projects across the United States from our Delhi/NCR hub.
  • Innovative Culture: Be part of an evolving work environment that values modern design methodologies and creative problem-solving.
  • Career Advancement: Abundant opportunities for leadership roles and professional development.
