Role Description
This on-site, full-time Senior Architect role is based in Salem. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design and execution, collaborate with diverse teams to develop creative solutions, manage project workflows, and ensure the delivery of designs that meet both client goals and functional needs. Responsibilities include reviewing design specifications, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and integrating innovative design practices to deliver high-quality architecture projects.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines and coordinating diverse teams
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration as related to architectural planning and implementation
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and sustainable practices
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure and certifications in architecture are an advantage
