Senior Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Chennai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural design projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing architectural plans, integrating design innovations, managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to construction codes and standards.

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience with Project Management
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure as an architect is preferred
• Experience in using design and architectural software tools
