Senior Architect Team Leader

Role Description The Senior Architect Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal, responsible for leading architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals. The Senior Architect Team Leader will guide and mentor team members, review their work for quality and consistency, and manage project timelines and deliverables. Daily tasks include client meetings, design reviews, site visits, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues. The role requires proactive leadership in managing project resources, maintaining clear communication, and supporting a productive, inclusive studio culture.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design and planning skills, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and sustainable concepts.
• Proficiency in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and visualization tools.
• Experience leading project teams, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, and managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction processes, materials, and detailing for both architecture and interiors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions, design reviews, and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members, support skill development, and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is preferred.
• Prior experience as a senior architect or team leader on built projects, ideally with a focus on sustainable design.
