About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect with expertise in Retail & eCommerce

platforms, specializing in Adobe Commerce (Magento) and IBM Sterling OMS. The role involves

leading solution architecture, cloud-native transformation on AWS, and driving scalable omnichannel commerce solutions. The candidate will also support Pre-Sales activities, including solutioning, technical proposals, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations.

Must-Have Skills

• Adobe Commerce (Magento) - Primary Skill

• IBM Sterling OMS - Mandatory

• Retail / Omnichannel Commerce Architecture

• AWS (EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, OpenSearch, CloudFront)

• Java, Spring Boot, Node.js

• Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture

• Kubernetes, Docker

• React.js, Next.js, React Native

• Headless Commerce & Strapi CMS

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale retail and commerce solutions.

• Design end-to-end commerce ecosystems leveraging Adobe Commerce and IBM Sterling

OMS.

• Drive cloud-native and microservices-based architecture on AWS.

• Define integration strategies across OMS, inventory, payments, logistics, and customer

platforms.• Provide Pre-Sales support, including solutioning, effort estimation, technical proposals,

RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and architecture discussions.

• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high

performing solutions.

Preferred Experience

• 12+ years of experience with significant exposure to Retail/eCommerce.

• Proven experience in omnichannel commerce implementations.

• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and solutioning experience.

• Experience supporting business development and pre-sales engagements.

• AWS and architecture certifications are a plus.

Highest Preference: Candidates with hands-on architecture experience in Adobe Commerce

(Magento) and IBM Sterling OMS within large-scale Retail/Omnichannel environments.
