An organization based in Andheri east, working in the materials and construction sector is hiring a Senior Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience, for an in-house role to manage interior design and planning for its own facilities. The role involves working on residential and commercial interior projects, with a focus on design development, coordination, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for in-house projects
- Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors
- Support execution teams to ensure alignment with design drawings
- Review materials, finishes, and detailing for project requirements
- Track project progress and provide design inputs during execution
- Maintain project documentation and drawing updates
- Ensure coordination across different stages of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 4–8 years of experience in architectural or interior design roles
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Understanding of working drawings and construction detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design tools
- Understanding of materials and finishes used in interior projects
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule:
- Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)
