Role Description: A full-time, on-site role for Architects located in or around Delhi / NCR, India.

Job description : We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team, leading and delivering high-quality design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and experience managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design and development of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.

2. Manage project timelines and budgets, communicating progress and issues to clients and team members.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

4. Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and models to clients and stakeholders.

5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

6. Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum 10-20 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio.

3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

6. Valid architectural registration or licensure (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with sustainable design and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, GRIHA).

2. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

3. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
