Role Description
The Senior Architect will lead complex architectural projects, oversee project management, and engage in high-level architectural design and planning. Responsibilities include creating building designs, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing all project phases from conception to execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and detailed drawings.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are applied.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-4 years of proven work experience (not applicable for freshers)
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading design teams.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
