Senior Architect / Project Manager with Revit-BIM experience

This is a full-time role for a Senior Architect / Project Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Senior Architect / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes, managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project compliance with industry standards, and communicating with clients. The role involves leading design and technical development, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

• Architecture and Design skills, including strong proficiency in design software and architectural tools
• Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional architecture license is a plus
• Experience in sustainability and LEED certification is advantageous
• At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
