Senior Architect with 10+ years experience in technical design development, detailing and coordination with multiple agencies. Thorough knowledge of planning, working drawings, GFC drawings and presentation drawings are essential. Experience of supervising and handling project sites is essential.
Prior experience in healthcare and hospital projects will be desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams and work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration.
- Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings.
- Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
- Function as a designer to the extent necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Client interaction and teamwork with other disciplines.
- Should be able to write letters, mails, and correspond effectively with the clients.
Education and Qualifications:
- B.Arch. / M.Arch., with experience in a reputed firm, with good knowledge of computers and the English language.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.
- Experience in construction and contract documentation.
- Ability to independently define/detail architectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis.
