Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various projects. They should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainability practices, along with excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural designs based on client requirements and project objectives.

Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Research materials, finishes, and construction techniques to ensure sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the construction process.

Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in architectural design software (preferably in Revit).

Strong knowledge in Planning, Concept & Detail Designing of Projects.

Good Presentation & communication skills.
