We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in Java, Pega, and Microsoft Azure, who brings hands-on expertise in application development, solution architecture, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing highly scalable solutions, managing teams, and driving stakeholder engagement in complex enterprise environments. Exposure to AI technologies is a strong advantage, as this role will involve executing AI-driven initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture and Design
  • Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging Java, Pega, and Azure
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into solutions where applicable
• Application Development & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage and guide teams directly or indirectly, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Domain Expertise
  • Leverage experience in healthcare and preferably Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain to design domain-specific solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise
  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture, application development, and delivery management
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their practical application in enterprise solutions
  • Solid proficiency in Java, Pega, and Azure Cloud
• Leadership and Communication
  • Proven experience in managing teams and individuals
  • Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to design and implement highly scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
• Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory PBM experience
