Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, located in Kochi, Kerala. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, managing client requirements, and overseeing the successful execution of plans. The responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, integrating software solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The candidate will also manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration within architectural projects
• Strong Project Management skills, including timeline and resource management
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous professional experience in architectural roles is required
