Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and design-driven Senior Architect to lead and manage premium architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to deliver innovative and detail-oriented designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design processes from concept development to execution across multiple project types.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Oversee site execution and ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor junior architects and guide team performance.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
- Experience in high-end residential, villas or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality and diverse projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
