Role Description

The Senior Architect / Interior Designer will lead and oversee architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand and translate their needs into functional and aesthetic designs, managing project timelines, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to design standards. The role entails developing architectural designs, generating technical drawings, supervising project execution, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The candidate must be capable of handling multi disciplinary projects ranging from architectural as well as interior design projects. Majority of the projects will be in the automotive retail design space.

The candidate must be capable in preparing all boqs, specification documents as well as presentation documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of atleast 6 years
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in conceptualizing and executing complex architectural and interior projects.
• Familiarity with Software Development tools and expertise in design software to create plans, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Skills in Integration of design elements, ensuring cohesive and innovative solutions across projects.
• Strong Project Management capabilities, including timeline management, budget tracking, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in sustainable and innovative design approaches is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing international projects is a plus.
