The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Handle clients individually with creative designs as per company standards.
- Handle projects from the stage of formation of design to execution(handling vendors, material selection, site execution & making BOQs.
- Handle in-house projects and Room leads as per client specifications and provide information about design briefs.
- Suggest Furniture and Décor products from our catalog and educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
- Coordinate with the internal department to ensure smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
- Work efficiently on the working drawings/end-to-end design services for In-house projects.
- Managing large scale residential & hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with vendors & consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
