Senior Architect / Interior Design Manager

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Salary: 70,000 to 1,20,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead complete architectural and interior design projects from concept to final execution.
- Develop innovative retail store concepts, layouts, and presentation designs.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and 3D design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production, and site execution teams.
- Review materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furniture specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, design quality, and execution standards.
- Visit project sites to review progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Lead and mentor the design team for better creativity and efficiency.
- Ensure all designs align with client requirements and company standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of retail interior detailing and architectural execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Preferred Industry:
- Retail Interior / Commercial Interior / Architectural Projects
