Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid–Senior Level Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience to join Architecture team, in Chennai Office. The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience in delivering high-quality architectural projects, particularly in Industrial Building Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, general arrangement, design development and Detailed Design Documents.
- Collaborate on development of comprehensive Plot Plan
- Coordinate and integrate drawings/ engineering elements/inputs from various teams into unified design for client review and approval.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants. Lead design review meetings, resolve clashes, and oversee drawing and BIM model reviews to ensure compliance with project briefs and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries, and incorporate client feedback
- Ensure design quality, compliance with applicable codes and standards, and timely project delivery.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- 3D visualization and rendering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 6–8 years of relevant architectural design experience in industrial building architecture, UAE Experience preferable
- Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong proficiency in Architecture visualisation software Lumion, Enscape, Twin motion
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Display creative skills and problem-solving approach for resolving design issues.
- Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamworking.
- Familiarity with Sustainability concepts like, LEED, Estidama etc
