Senior Architect (High Rise & Hospitality Projects)

An architecture practice in sector 39 Gurgaon is hiring a Senior Architect with 10–15 years of experience to manage architectural projects across hospitality, resort and housing projects. The role involves project planning, technical documentation, consultant coordination, client interactions, and project execution across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects across planning, documentation, and execution stages

• Review and oversee working drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Manage project planning, design coordination, and project delivery activities

• Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and coordination discussions

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation requirements

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants

• Review project documentation for compliance with project requirements and project standards

• Address technical and execution-related issues during project stages

• Guide and support architectural teams across project assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• 10–15 years of professional experience in architecture projects

• Experience working on hospitality, resort, high-rise, housing, or commercial projects

• Experience in project execution, construction documentation, and consultant coordination

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rendering tools

• Understanding of construction methodologies and building systems

• Experience preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings and execution documentation

• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities simultaneously

• Good communication and client coordination skills

Work Schedule:           

• Location: Sector 39, Gurgaon
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:30 pm)
