Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect Head with strong expertise in large-scale

residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-rise residential developments of 15+ floors and large gated communities comprising 600+ flats. The candidate should possess strong leadership, design management, execution coordination, and project delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural planning and execution for large residential township and apartment projects.

• Manage end-to-end design coordination with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project

stakeholders.

• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevation concepts, and execution details.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and local building norms.

• Drive design optimization, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.

• Coordinate across multiple projects and travel between sites as required.

• Mentor internal architectural teams and ensure quality standards across projects.

• Work closely with management on strategic planning and project execution decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed college or university.

• 10-15 years of experience in residential real estate architecture.

• Mandatory experience in high-rise residential projects (15+ floors).

• Must have managed communities with 600+ flats.

• Strong exposure to project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel across project locations in Bangalore and nearby regions.
