Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Architect to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, including conceptualization, planning, and execution. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, managing multiple projects, ensuring technical integration, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. The role demands collaboration with clients, consultants, and teams to guarantee innovative solutions that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Experience in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
• Proficiency in integration and coordination of software tools required for design and project development.
• Strong understanding of contemporary design trends and best practices in architectural projects.
• Strong hand in working drawings and structural understanding.
• Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software is an asset.
• Ability to work in an onsite collaborative environment in Gurgaon.
