Senior Architect (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role Description

Nurall is seeking a Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site position located in Puducherry. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects, manage designs for luxury residences, and ensure alignment with wellness and mindful living principles. This role includes overseeing project execution from concept to completion, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams, integrating software-based solutions, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. You also get direct access to Nurall's leadership team and work on designing and delivering end to end projects in a fast paced collaborative environment. Qualifications

• BArch (Bachelor of Architecture) — qualified or eligible for registration
• 2-4+ years post-graduation professional experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD — proficient, production-level drawing sets
• Revit — working knowledge
• SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling tool
• Adobe Suite basics (Photoshop, InDesign) for marketing support
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Core Competencies

• Working drawing production — architectural, interiors, MEP coordination, landscape
• Ability to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings without losing intent
• Material and finish sample selection and coordination
• Site supervision and quality control
• RFI and variation order management
• Approval and permit drawing preparation
• Snagging and punch list execution

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Comfortable managing 4–6 projects simultaneously
• Able to manage and mentor a junior 
• Strong communicator — with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients on site
• Detail-oriented without needing hand-holding
• Takes ownership, flags issues early, doesn't wait to be chased
• Follows a brand guide faithfully — executes, doesn't reimagine

Nice to Have

• Exposure to luxury residential or hospitality projects
• Interest in wellness, biophilic, or sustainable design
• Some content creation or visualization for marketing
• Familiarity with local approval/permit processes
