About the Profile:

Responsible for setting up the center. He will have to design the center, review the ongoing work, vendor supervision and long term maintenance of the center.

Job Description:

1. This role is responsible for end-to-end design and execution of company-owned centres, including layout planning, detailed design, and on-ground implementation.

2. The architect will work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately, conducting regular site visits and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

3. The role requires active supervision of ongoing work, quick resolution of on-site challenges, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

4. In addition, the architect will take ownership of long-term maintenance considerations, ensuring centres are built for durability and operational efficiency.

1. Practical design capability (functional, child-safe layouts—not just aesthetics)

2. Execution-focused mindset (understands real on-site constraints)

3. Strong vendor/contractor management (can control quality, timelines, and output)

4. Site supervision discipline (regular visits, early issue identification)

5. Detail orientation (finishes, safety, measurements—no sloppy execution)

6. Material and cost awareness (balances durability, quality, and budget)

7. Financial management during execution (tracks budgets, controls costs, prevents overruns)
