Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Architect at FOAID Designs. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects, create comprehensive designs, and ensure proper project execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities include managing architectural processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and integrating software tools into the design workflow to ensure accurate and efficient outputs. The role will also involve direct client communication to ensure project requirements are met successfully.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, including designing, planning, and implementation capability
• Strong skills in Architectural Design and experience in managing large-scale projects
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Understanding of Software Development related to architecture and skills in system integration for streamlined project execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant architectural tools
• Experience in sustainable and innovative design strategies is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and meet deadlines effectively
