SENIOR ARCHITECT
Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
Minimum of 8+ experience in Architectural Production department
Key Responsibilities
- Will be involved with the Chief Architect in the daily management of the workload, change management as the project progresses.
- Develop & manage project schedules and timelines
- Contribute to the documentation, dissemination, and monitoring of standards, best practices and industry advancements. Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify tasks and issues relating to project teams and collaboration; identify and resolve project specific issues in setting up the Revit model.
- Establish project Revit/CAD system for all new projects with the Midlevel & Junior Architects.
- Maintains and complies with F+A's and client-specific standards (CAD, File Management, etc.)
- Participates in internal team meetings to help resolve project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical
- concerns.
- Developing building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided softwares Coordinate with Architects and Architectural technicians on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation, and match or better F+A QA standards.
- Coordinate between Inter-disciplinary/Sub consultants and manage deliverables on schedule Other duties as requested from time to time.
