Senior Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to contribute across multiple stages of architectural projects—from concept development to execution.

In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Architect and project teams to develop design concepts, produce high-quality visualizations, and ensure effective documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Assist the Principal Architect in developing design concepts and architectural solutions
• Contribute to design presentations, including concept boards and visual narratives
• Support development of innovative and context-driven design ideas

3D Visualization & Presentation

• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for client presentations
• Translate design concepts into compelling visual outputs

Documentation & Deliverables

• Prepare and present project documentation, including:
• Specifications
• Schedules and Reports
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in design documentation

Collaboration & Coordination

• Actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of design intent

Learning & Development

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, software, and industry practices
• Continuously enhance technical and design capabilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• 4–6 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
• Strong design sensibility with exposure to residential/commercial projects
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max / Lumion (or similar visualization tools)
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Additional Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design, visualization, and technical capabilities is mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
