Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on skills, experience, and overall capability)

We are looking for a confident and responsible Architect / Senior Architect who can lead projects as well as manage and guide a team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, practical site understanding, and the ability to handle day-to-day coordination with staff, consultants, and clients.

This role is suitable for someone who is disciplined, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects from design stage to execution coordination.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural and interior projects.

Handle and coordinate the design team effectively.

Ensure smooth workflow, task delegation, and timely project delivery.

Guide junior architects, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.

Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and design presentations.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams.

Monitor project progress and maintain design quality standards.

Attend site visits and resolve execution-related issues when required.

Maintain professional communication and reporting within the office.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

4–8 years of professional experience in architecture/interior projects.

Strong team handling and leadership skills are mandatory.

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple ongoing projects.

Good knowledge of working drawings and execution details.

Proficiency in softwares.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidates currently living in Jammu will be preferred.What We Expect
