Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Kozhikode. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design and project management, ensuring projects are executed with high quality and efficiency. Day-to-day activities include developing and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating design integration with other teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows
• Experience in Project Management with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus
• Prior experience in designing for diverse sectors such as hospitality, residential, and commercial projects
