Job Title:

Senior Architect who will be responsible for leading a team of architects and assistants throughout all design stages. The candidate will be working closely with the Principal Architect and will be independently responsible for leading projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Preparation of Concept design presentations to GFC Drawings
2. Coordination with MEP, Structural, Landscape and other consultants
3. Interaction with client on day-to-day basis
4. Attend project meetings at site and client's office
5. Resolve site RFI
6. Prepare BOQs (Civil and Architectural)
7. Coordination of approval drawings through various stages of work
8. In-depth knowledge of materials and construction methodology
9. Good PR and communication skills.
