Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Madurai. The Senior Architect will oversee project planning, design development, and overall execution to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing project teams, and integrating design and construction solutions to meet clients unique needs. Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and delivering high-quality work are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality and budgetary expectations.
- Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with construction codes, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-focused approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
