Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid–Senior Level Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience to join Architecture team, in Chennai Office. The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience in delivering high-quality architectural projects, particularly in Industrial Building Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, general arrangement, design development and Detailed Design Documents.
• Collaborate on development of comprehensive Plot Plan
• Coordinate and integrate drawings/ engineering elements/inputs from various teams into unified design for client review and approval.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants. Lead design review meetings, resolve clashes, and oversee drawing and BIM model reviews to ensure compliance with project briefs and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries, and incorporate client feedback
• Ensure design quality, compliance with applicable codes and standards, and timely project delivery.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant        regulations.
• 3D visualization and rendering

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 6–10 years of relevant architectural design experience in industrial building architecture, UAE Experience preferable
• Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong proficiency in Architecture visualisation software Lumion, Enscape, Twin motion
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Display creative skills and problem-solving approach for resolving design issues.
• Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English
• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamworking.
• Familiarity with Sustainability concepts like, LEED, Estidama etc.
