Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based at the company's office in New Delhi. The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, oversee project teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, integrating various systems into cohesive projects, and managing project timelines, budgets, and client communication. The role also involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to align design goals with technical and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration specific to design and architectural tools
• Proven Project Management skills, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Familiarity with sustainability and green certification standards is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 15 years of professional architectural experience, including team leadership
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Define and own enterprise architecture strategy and technical vision.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient application architectures.
• Lead architecture discussions across business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, platforms, and tools.
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and automation.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, best practices, and design principles.
• Review solution designs and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, availability, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales, estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations when required.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions across programs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead large technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in client-facing and consulting environments preferred.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in B Arch or related field.
• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.) preferred.

• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience in domains such as BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred.
