Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as a qualified architect within a leading design/architecture organization
- B.Arch or Master's degree in Architecture
- Excellent design, technical, and software skills, including Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other BIM software
- Project experience from inception to completion
- Extensive experience from concept through to construction across a range of project types
- Strong design and presentation capabilities, with the ability to lead teams and projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and encourage other staff members, with proven leadership skills and a collaborative team-working style
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong detailing skills, with the ability to review and produce detailed drawings
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements
- Extensive experience in consultant coordination up to GFC drawings
- On-site experience is required
