Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect (3-5yrs experience) at our Bidhannagar, Kolkata office. The Senior Architect will lead and oversee architectural design projects, including conceptualization, detailed planning, implementation, and supervision of on-site activities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, preparing design solutions, managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to quality and budgetary requirements. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver successful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Integration and Software Development to effectively use design and planning tools.
• Proven Project Management skills, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and site coordination.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
• Prior experience in high-scale, complex architectural projects will be an advantage.
