Job Description: Senior Architect – Pune
Qualification:
B.Arch / M.Arch
Experience:
3 – 4 years (preferably in industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects)
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office (advanced level). Knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and execution process, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead conceptual design development and preparation of advanced 3D visualizations
- Oversee and review conceptual drawings, detailed drawings, and rendered 3D views
- Guide the preparation of presentation drawings, layouts, and client presentations (PPTs)
- Manage and review execution drawings and working drawings
- Ensure accuracy in all architectural detailing including toilets, staircases, doors, windows, etc.
- Prepare and validate centerline drawings and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated service layouts
- Supervise interior layouts and detailed interior design drawings
- Review and approve submission drawings as per local authority norms
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Mentor and guide junior architects and drafting teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and deliverables
