Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing innovative architectural plans, overseeing integration of software tools into processes, and collaborating on architectural designs for diverse projects. The role encompasses project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations while maintaining design quality and structural standards.

Role Requirements

• 3+ years experience in is mandatory
• Experienced in architectural design and interior design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for architecture-related applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
