Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and planning for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, coordination with consultants and project teams, preparation/review of drawings, and ensuring projects meet quality, functionality, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and real estate projects.

Prepare and review architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.

Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, development regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Conduct site visits and resolve architectural and design-related issues.

Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.

Monitor design execution at site and ensure work is as per approved drawings and specifications.

Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.

Manage design timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per project schedules.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members.

Identify design improvements that can enhance functionality, aesthetics, cost efficiency, and overall project value.

Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project review meetings.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Knowledge of BIM and coordination processes is an advantage.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and detailing.

Strong design, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Qualification

B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.

M.Arch / relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred/required as applicable.

Experience:-

8–12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.

Experience in real estate, residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale development projects preferred.

Candidates with experience handling projects from concept/design stage through execution will be preferred.
